Alexandra Raisman

Aly Raisman has been a gymnast in the United States for more than 10 seasons. She was a member as captain for the US Olympic Female Gymnastics Women's Team, The Fierce Five (2012) as well as the Final Five (2016). In 2012, she was awarded gold at the team events and also the floor exercise. In the balance beam, she received the bronze medal. This made her the Olympics gymnast with the highest number of medals. The gold medal she won during the Olympics in 2016 was the second gold in a row for the United States team. She was, along with teammate Gabby one of the very first Americans - to achieve this achievement. In addition, she was awarded silver medals in the individual all-around and for floor exercise. She took a break of three years between each Olympics from gymnastics competition. Also, she was a member of the gold-winning American team at the two World Championships. Aly began gymnastics lessons at the age of 2 and enjoys floor exercise. Aly donates her time and money to Uniting Against Lung Cancer charity in honor of her departed grandmother. In the future, she is planning to create a profession out of fashion. Aly would like to increase the length of her leotards as well as her socks. Fierce the new novel she's working on, is due out at the end of this year.
